Overview

All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure the highest level of protection for archival luxury items.

Shipping methods are selected based on destination and value, with tracking and security as standard.


Denmark (Domestic Shipping)

All domestic orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery method: to parcel shop or home delivery (depending on selection)
  • All shipments include tracking

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.


International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS or PostNord, depending on destination and service availability.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
  • All shipments are fully trackable
  • Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items

Shipping provider is selected to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery route.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

For high-value archival pieces, additional preparation time may be required for:

  • condition verification
  • secure packaging
  • documentation

In such cases, you will be notified promptly.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Payment may be required before delivery by the shipping carrier

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


Shipping Protection & Liability

All items are packaged using protective materials appropriate for luxury goods.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • the shipment is insured where applicable
  • risk transfers to the customer in accordance with applicable law

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48–72 hours with supporting documentation.

If you experience any issues with delivery (delay, damage, or loss), please contact:

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier where applicable.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • failed delivery attempts
  • packages returned due to incomplete information

Reshipping costs may apply.


High-Value Shipments

For high-value items, additional security measures may be applied, including:

  • signature-required delivery
  • enhanced packaging protocols
  • shipment verification procedures

These measures are implemented to ensure safe delivery.
