REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview

Each piece is carefully curated, authenticated, and often unique. Due to the nature of archival luxury goods, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our collection and ensure consistent condition standards.

This policy differs for:

  • Customers within the European Union (EU)
  • International customers outside the EU

1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside EU)

All Sales Are Final

For all customers outside the European Union, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • returns
  • exchanges
  • refunds (except in cases of verified damage or incorrect items)

This applies to all items, including discounted and full-price pieces.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Your message must include:

  • order number
  • clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • arrange return shipping
  • cover return costs
  • issue a full refund after inspection

Condition Standards (International)

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • minor wear consistent with age is expected
  • condition is disclosed as accurately as possible

2. EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.


Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, by contacting:

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in the same condition as received
  • with all original packaging, dust bags, cards, and accessories
  • with all security tags and seals intact

Security Tag / Authentication Seal Policy

All archival items may be delivered with a tamper-evident security tag or seal.

Important:

  • The tag forms part of our authentication and condition control system
  • Removal, breaking, or tampering with the tag may result in refusal of return or a reduction in refund value
  • Items must be returned in original condition as delivered

This does not override your statutory rights, but reflects permissible deductions for handling beyond inspection use.


Diminished Value (EU Returns)

Under EU law, customers may inspect goods as they would in a physical store.

If returned items show signs of:

  • wear or use
  • damage
  • missing packaging or accessories
  • removed tags or seals

we reserve the right to apply a deduction for diminished value, up to the full item value where appropriate.


Return Shipping (EU Orders)

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Refund Processing (EU)

Once received and inspected:

  • refunds are issued within 10 business days
  • refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • bank processing times may vary

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS (ALL CUSTOMERS)

Inspection Responsibility

We strongly encourage customers to request additional photos or videos before purchase. All items are sold based on documented condition at time of sale.


Final Interpretation

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse returns that do not meet conditions outlined above
  • reject items that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
  • determine condition disputes based on professional authentication assessment
